Today, I’m speaking with Riana Malia, who is a transformational coach helping high-achieving women to break long-standing patterns in their lives in order to finally create the life and love truly meant for them.
Riana’s story is remarkable. She overcame early childhood instability, a painful young marriage, an extremely traumatic betrayal by her father, and years of internalized beliefs suggesting she wasn’t lovable or capable enough to do anything meaningful.
After all of that, she rebuilt her life, rewired her inner story and discovered a methodology that now helps others do the same.
Here are three key takeaways from our conversation:
• First, Riana explained why revisiting trauma over and over keeps us stuck in the same emotional loops. However, clearing out old stories at the unconscious level creates space for genuine healing.
• Second, she described how the body processes memory at a cellular level, and why our unconscious mind plays a far larger role than we realize in shaping relationships, decisions and the harmful patterns we repeat.
• Third, Riana shared why clarity, intention and values are essential building blocks for new direction in life, especially for women who have achieved success professionally, but still feel unfulfilled or disconnected personally.
Riana’s life today is proof that healing can happen faster than most people believe.
By clearing out old emotional weight, creating new thought patterns and claiming a new identity, she reshaped her relationships. She also restored her confidence and opened the door to the love she once believed would never come.
Riana’s work demonstrates that people over 50 can absolutely transform their inner world, break free from decades-old cycles, and walk into the next chapter with renewed confidence, joy and purpose.
